Recently, the teams at Magazi Kitchens and Baths and A.G. Building and Remodeling worked with a homeowner to complete this stunning project: a gorgeous retreat on the Severn.
Renee always wanted to have a home on the water. When she and her husband went to see this beautiful property on the Severn, they knew this would be where they wanted to live forever. The original home on the property was outdated, with ceilings only 8 feet high. All the previous homes they had remodeled had 9- to 10-foot ceilings, and they knew it would be a total tear-down. With plans in hand, they turned to George of AG Building and Remodeling, who had done additions and complete renovations in their previous homes. Together with their skilled use of space, revisions were made and the construction began.

All the rooms in this fantastic three-story home have a view of the Severn; especially the kitchen with its open space to the living room having windows and doors from floor to ceiling. The doors lead to a patio that extends from one end of the home to the other overlooking the Severn. The homeowners said that spending time with their children and grandchildren in their beautiful home makes it the place to be.
